Fitness : Habits that can bring splendid results


Human living has evolved a lot during the past few decades and we have done immense amount of development in every sector, which has with no doubt shown the path to the bright future.

But somewhere in this busy schedule of daily routine, we have compromised our fitness with our jobs and duties which is creating a negative impact on modern human healthy lifestyle. We have left our fitness somewhere behind, which was  quite a foolish thing to do, and which will have a negative effect on us in the long run.

Well, bygones are bygones, and it's never too late to bring back and cultivate those habits which will lead our life towards a healthy lifestyle. 

So here are 5 habits that will be helpful in cultivating a perfect fitness at any age - 

1) Take a sleep of at least 6 hours -


Proper sleep is one of the main task to keep yourself fresh, active and healthy. Improper sleep can lead to several disorders like anxiety, dizziness, sluggishness, obesity, etc, that will ruin your dream of staying fit. A good sleep will improve your concentration, productivity and performance.

2) Eat sufficient amount of food -


The key to lead a life towards fitness are the basic food habits that you follow regularly. Having 2 or 3 cheat days in a month is OK but consuming junk and excess processed food at a regular basis will ruin your body and it will affect your hygiene as well as it will increase laziness, which will affect you both in mental and physical manner, and your goal of achieving fitness will not be completed.

3) Eat fruits regularly - 
Eating fruits regularly is a miraculous beginning of fitness in your life. In the morning, 20 minutes after waking up if you eat a fruit, it will boost your lowered haemoglobin level, which will give you a long-lasting effect of freshness, which can be your fuel to actively work throughout the day.

4) Drink at least 2 litre of water regularly -



Water is the healthiest substance that will lead to ideal healthy lifestyle. If your body is water deficient, anxiety and laziness will be common, this will be the main reason you will not be active and concentrated, researches tells us that consuming 8-10 glasses of water will make you active and also will make your skin bright. This will be a perfect way to lead fitness in your life.

5) 1 Hour of exercise daily - 



An hour of exercise is the best activity you can give to your body in the midst of the busy life. Regular exercise will  make most of the muscles of your body active and energised and it will remove laziness from your body and will prove to be a important step in Personal fitness.
